right click the te icon on the desktop or where ever you load it from, then properties, choose the compatibility tab and check the box where it says run as administrator. you can then choose the security tab and check you have full control for your user.

te will then run as normal without keep having to turn off uac, although a box will pop up asking for permission, click allow and your good to go
