I have a VTEC mini cooper eclassic. I want to read the engine parameters. The ecu was chipped as part of a kit from superfastminis and the wiring harness is a bit of a bastard child with lots of connectors cut off-not needed.

The engine starts and runs but I want to make sure all the engine sensors are present and working. Its obd1. I tried hondata logging but didn't work. I got freelog 1.0.92 to connect but not give correct values.

When I retired for SCCA racing I turned my race car back to the street and the VTEC was a logical replacement, faster, more powerful, and more reliable than a A series mini.

My goal on the forum is to understand and maximize my VTEC Mini.
