PostPosted: Wed Nov 01, 2006 4:00 am
How hard would it be to get the USB datalogging voltages and show them in a java or c++ program?

Can anyone recommend any tutorials or test code to start with?

Thanks,
Brad

what OS are you going to run this in?

Their is a Java serial I/O package out there, never tried it thought. In C its fairly easy in both Windows or *nix/BSD/OS X. Open the port (slightly different on Windows than on the others, then just treat it as a file and write a byte, then read a byte.

I'd be running it on Windows XP. Seems easy enough if it's just opening a port and reading writing to a file.
