Anyone have any ideas for passing the NYS Inspection with a 96 civic coverted to OBDI? Putting the OBDII ecu back in is just not an option, since I am running a b20vtec, and it was throwing codes like that was it's job. Is there anyway to "fake out" the OBDII scanner? I have another month until I have to worry about it, but I would like to be prepared.
