if dragging them into the same folder as turboedit.exe doesnt work, then you need to register the files on your computer.
since i no longer have a website or file hosting, and since there is a 2mb limit on uploads here...i had to keep all the files separate. otherwise i would have the installer do all this crap for you...
to register a dll or ocx file, do the following: (this is one of multiple ways to do it)
1. copy or cut all the resource files and paste them into your system folder (most of the time its c:\windows\system32)...but
dont overwrite the files that already exist (they may be used by other programs).
2. click Start
3. click Run...
4. type
regsvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\system32\msscript.ocx" into the command box
5. click
Okyou should get a message if it was successful or not.
change msscript.ocx for whatever file you are trying to register, ocx or dll...and repeat....
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=249873again, sorry for all the trouble with this...it works for most people, but there always seems to be a few installations that need extra work. once its going...you wont have to worry about it anymore.
