Is there anyway to run the 3bar gm map with Turbo edit? I see and option for the Motorola 3 bar, is it the same as gm?

which version of TE are you using? 3.2.1 should have the GM sensor in the options...

FYI, the data sheets that i have for the GM vs Motorola (freescale) sensors are almost the same (voltage vs. absolute pressure)...so in reality, the Motorola option should work fine for you.
