I had taken a search some time ago for images like that, but found nearly anything.

Has OBD0 VTEC (PW0, ...) the same working TDC, CKP & CYL-sensor like OBD0?

Yes, they have the same signal pattern. You can exchange the ECU without changing the distributor.

If you want to exchange the reluctors between the distributor - i don't know, at least they look like the same.
