We've talked about getting an order of 5151s, but it's kinda expensive. I'm sure there will be plenty of interest if we can get it together...

Sounds good. I will be interested, if there is a new order that gets placed I'll probably even buy 20 or 30 just to ensure that I have some ........

Depending upon cost, I'd be in for 10 or so. Course, would this be for the equivalent that Digikey has? How many would we need for a better price? 50?

500 minimum for the true-blue Allegro/Sanken SI-5151SG (which replaced the Sanken SK-5151 used in our ECUs)

If you're looking for SK-5151, just use a IR6220..

Please see viewtopic.php?t=181&highlight=sk5151 first for specific install instructions.. :)

I have an account with Allegro if there is INTREST in 5151's let me know?

Otherwise I have IR-6220 with the pin configuration that matches the 5050 - 5151 as a direct drop in.

I know this is an old old old topic but i am INTERESTED in the 5151's.

What's the break down on the "amount purchase" and "price" on that?

I tried searching part # IR-6220 but nothing came up on Digikey or Allegro.

Let me know...

Thanks!

Most members in this thread no longer have active accounts, so not likely to get a response, plus since then, they have discountinued 5151s I believe, so you will have to order them from someone who has a stock. I believe Xenocron and Moates do, Smooth1 (hrtuning) might have them as well.
