I have an account with Allegro if there is INTREST in 5151's let me know? Otherwise I have IR-6220 with the pin configuration that matches the 5050 - 5151 as a direct drop in. Joshua Villasenor@yahoo.com

I tried searching part # IR-6220 but nothing came up on Digikey or Allegro. Let me know... Thanks! |

Most members in this thread no longer have active accounts, so not likely to get a response, plus since then, they have discountinued 5151s I believe, so you will have to order them from someone who has a stock. I believe Xenocron and Moates do, Smooth1 (hrtuning) might have them as well. |
