well i was wondering on the DLC connecter, which wire is tx and which is rx. Its the one right beside the service connectors. Yeah mine doesnt come with power. The color of those cales are one green with white stripe and another is blue

this is actually why i was asking the question in the first place, i see the mechs here use a scanner plugged to service port (2 Pin), plug in the power from cig lighter and walla they can datalog..... so with the available softwares and stuff can we use the dlc with the correct converter to datalog.

And for info i forgot to provide... its an JDM OBD1... on a b16a with Mugen chipped ECU.
