Howdy from southern Arizona!

I've always have been a Honda fan and finally managed to obtain a new CB1000R motorcycle. My intent is to eventually identify all the interface cabling and software necessary in order to datalog and tune the computer on this bike. It appears to have a DLC which incorporates a K-Line signal, which I understand can be interfaced with an RS-232 transceiver of some sort. I've yet to identify an off-the-shelf cable that would provide this interface and not sure where to begin with software for datalogging.

I'm an experienced engine tuner, primarily in the context of aviation, Buell motorcycles (2008+ equipped with DDFI-3 ECMs) and Ford EEC-IV and EEC-V computers. Most of this has been accomplished using custom tools and more recently, TunerPro.

Appreciate the forum's existence and any help I can glean from here!

Cheers!
