Hello. I am new in chipping. One friend gave me UK P1J ecu. I red a lot about chipping this model and I see is able to do everything, just like P28, but my question is for something else. This ECU has an immobilizer, but the immobilizer board is removed. The guy said the car shows a check error, because of the missing immo board, but still running normal.
So the question is: when I put a custom chip in the ECU, is there gonna be a check light, or the new chip doesn't read the same data as the original and won't search for immobilizer?
Thanks.

P.S.: If someone knows how to bypass the whole immobilizer thing, please share!
