I recently purchased a 91 ef DX hatch with B16. It has A pw0 ecu and ostrich 2.0, xtreme hulog and plx300 wbo2. I am going to be using BRE to tune and have figured out at least how to open the stock jdmpw0 bin that come with the BRE software to create a bin to send to my ostrich when ready to. But what i really need help with is how to retrieve the bin that my car is currently running on that is on the ostrich already. i have tunerproRT but i do not know how to or what to enter for the XDF file when i click on "Download bin from emulator" i also have emutility but have no clue as to what needs to be entered into the operation parameters boxes to retrieve my bin that way. The BRE page recommends posting ?s here so i registered and hope someone will be willing to patiently help me at least get my bin saved and able to view and tweak in BRE. Thanks all, Ty

The ostrich is just an innerface between your laptop and ecu, the rom is in whatever laptop is on the ostrich. Then you burn the rom built during tuning with the ostrich onto a chip, and put that chip inplace of the ostric connection on the ecu. Or just always run the car off the laptop. Use a burn 2 to make the chip.

Hondadude seems off some. Make sure you have all the drivers installed into your laptop. Find a tune closest to your setup. Install it into the ostrich.
