Ok lets start with i have a 1994 dx Auto hatch that i bought with a bad crank bearing for a few hundred bucks as a project and something to drive to keep miles off my K series. Bought a jdm d15b. Did new timming belt/wpump, gaskets, ect. Swapped in no problems. I even bought the o2 extension/conversion wire from passwordjdm. Drove fine for a few months on stock po6 ecu no changes, but no vtec. But its an auto d series ... im just cruising it. For now. heres where i might have messed up . Had a guy convert ecu to p28 and wire up vtec. Car ran great for a year then one random day while driving up a hill an a bumpy road. It cut out. And will start and idle but when you give it gas she dies. Then has trouble starting back up. Turns over fine, good compression. I have checked everything and im down to thinking something he did in the ecu has gone bad,Come loose, whatever. You guys know ecus. Whats up? Thanks alot! PS. Intros are over rated .
