i'm using a windows vista laptop with a usb connected hulog. i ran the hulog install and now i show that i have a usb connection on com7 when it is plugged in (like i am supposed to) the problem is, it doesn't show up in crome or neptune RTP, and i'm trying to get ectune going, but i can't even get the program to boot yet. i've tried it connected to my ECU with the engine running and all, as well as not connected to the ecu. i'm pretty clueless, what am i doing wrong? (note, i do not have a check engine light on)
