Hey i have zero knowledge but i work as an apprentice in a mechanic shop and i wanna learn to tune. I have 1998 civic. I just wanna learn to tune. I know that car is not that good but can someone guide me how i can clear all my basics. I went to hp academy but there courses are so expensive.

There are tons of info on this forum and tons of articles. But if you say HP Academy courses are expensive, how will you purchase the proper tools for tuning? Those are not cheap too.
