I am in the process of producing a fiberglass sunroof panel.

I could go the cheaper route and make one for myself or spend additional money and time if anyone has an interest in
obtaining one of these.

is there any interest out there?

I made a clear removable poly-carb moonroof for my brothers CRX ute . . .

it wasn't too expensive, but quite time-consuming to make the mold

your probably better off just making it for yourself . . . u know, b unique

I am talking a replacement for the factory sunroof panel. They seem to want to rust out
and so I am going to make a replacement that can't rust.

The sunroof will function as usual and look identical. It will use all existing hardware.

I am NOT talking about any kind of plug or bolted down flat panel that doesn't open.

I am talking a direct metal panel replacement made of fiberglass. If it is painted you would think the roof is a stock oem sunroof.

The project is on hold at the moment anyway.

I will update here if and when I can get this pulled off.

Life is taking up all my free time lately.

I get ya . . . yeah that'll be mint.

I quite like the idea of replacing metal panels with fibreglass panels. They are easier to reapir, and don't get annoying dents and 'massage-like' stretch-marks etc. They can be made thicker or thinner etc . . far more benefits than metal panels IMO . .

Anyway, I would be interested in how you get along . . .
