that shit is awesome. i was thinking about converting my prelude to RWD using s2000 parts.

what are you using for your all wheel drive parts? CRV drive train? custom driveshaft?
I would rather do an AWD on my Lude if i only could figure out a way to use the CRV drivshaft with an H or F series motor. Not sure if its possible. And a RWD Luda would be sweet but u would probably need the s2000 motor 2 spun parallel to the car for the rear wheels Does anyone know out there if its possible to use an H or F series motor and use either CRV drivetrain or even the s2000's ?????

Another possible option (if you could find the parts), the JDM Integra about 95ish had the option of AWD. If you managed to get the drivetrain for one of those, I would bet you could use the H2B conversion.

Just an FYI:

When we were at PRI, we had a chance to talk to the guys who did the CRV drivetrain transplant into a civ.

The problem they ran across was the rear diff couldn't handle the extra power they were putting down and it kept cracking the casing.

This could probably be engineered around, but you might need deeper pockets

There is another guy that has done alot of engineering on his AWD del sol. He said the difference between the two gear ratios is only .004, not enought to really matter. The wagovan uses a viscous center diff instead of the clutch pak and it has a larger cast iron casing. I might go this route later.

It was too hard to keep up with two forums, so all updates will now be on honda-tech: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2146128
