hi there
i used "search" but nothing popped out so i think thats the best place to ask a question about a rover engine.
the question is :
is there any chance to "remap" the standard k-series ( 1.4 GTi MPI ) engine ?
are there any proggrams available ??
cheers

the Rover K-series engine has nothing in common with the Honda K-series
Rover K uses the Rover MEMS ecu, early versions are known to be unable to get reprogrammed. but i know that someone has managed to chip a later version, Rover Mini MPi in fact.
the easiest way will be an aftermarket ecu, like Emerald, made for this engine

You was right that Rover K-series engine has common than honda K-series. But I would like that The later version was so far as the latest version. I know that honda announced the great vesion and ECU flash programme. I was saw that It was also worked fast, header and intake.
ECU was repeatedly reprogrammed without You can remove in the chips and the programme, It could be work.
