I try a ng55 with Ostrich, changing the laucnh rpm point works perfectly, however the rev limiters dont have any effect, the engine still limits at 7400ish even with it set at 2000rpm.

Was hoping to limit the rpm on a couple of turbo installs for friends to save them revving to much and blowing the HG.

Seems to work ok for me. I changed my rev limit for my D16 this morning from 7400 to 7800 and it deffinitely worked

it also worked for me

i just changed it from 7300 to7500

Hrm, it runs on the same code.. however, maybe I forgot to push that through the RTP interface.

...checked the code, it seems to go through the interface.


..can someone else with Ostrich test this Maybe I botched it.

I've tryed knocking the REV LIMITS down and it still goes all the way up to redline... Than if I reload the . bin into TE it says the stock RPMs...
