Ok, even tho the serial routine has little bug (too slow) I'm in the process of making the plugin so we can still datalog some shit out of the NGxx ROMS.

As soon as I finish testing the plugin on my own car, I will release the plugin.

It's based on Jason's Datalogger, cause my Ecucontrol code was too messy for the use of TE. Expect a release within 3 weeks.

First Screenshots.

For now, whatit does is :
- Datalog sensor
- Trace the fuel map and ign map (pink cells) as car runs (need to be fixed)
- Download both IGN and FUEL map from ECU and display then in the grid

Still to come :
- Editable RTP GRID
- Convert HEX to Human values
- Display ROM properties of ECU
- Datalog into file
- Recreate .BIN from ECU ROM.

other stuff too

Is there a way to input WB 02 into the ECU for logging or still the stock O2?

My zeitronix wideband has a analog output, 0.15V-2.18V =9.7AFR-13.7AFR
it also has simulated narrowband output that can be fed to the stock ecu.

I just love it :D

That sucks...your WB only outputs to 13.7 AFRs?

Although that wasnt really my point...mine has two outputs, they can be programmed as narrowband or wideband outputs as well. I would just like the ECu to be able to log WB values instead of narrowband...

ooops, I meant 21.0 to 9.5 AFR, I must have been on drugs.

I'm still not sure of what cable I would use for the plugin, I'm assuming the the same one as the ecu control program?

VERY SLOW indeed, but very nice...will be an extremely helpful tool.

One thing I noticed...

- A few times after I started logging, after running for a couple minutes, it would stop logging. If I clicked stop logging and then start logging again, all sensors except RPM would start logging again correctly. RPMS were showing up under 100 for some reason. I would have to restart, go thru the whole process and start logging again. It did this randomly as I sat there idling.

Can't wait to RTP with this plugin...WOOT! :D
