Hi guys, I'm looking for a working P2N ECU from a 96-00 Civic HX (D16Y5) for a reasonable price. Rather an -A** (uses a 5-wire wideband oxygen sensor - the connector on the engine wire harness side has 7 wires) than the cali spec -L** (from what I read, this uses the normal 4-wire O2 Sensor), but just offer anything. Thanks.

Yeah I know, but many sellers there don't offer shipping to Germany or it's about $50 for a single ECU - additionally most of these ECUs are about $120. Seems way too expensive for me, $120 + $50 for the shipping. So I thought someone here maybe has a cheap one they just want to get rid of. I also put a friend in the USA at it and maybe if anyone here had one they could just send it to him so he can then send it to me with other stuff. I'm actually looking for two or three of these, because I don't know if I would pass the German emissions test with the 49 state spec (if not, I would try a cali spec one with the 4 wire O2 sensor, so that already makes two) and another friend of mine here in Germany also needs one. We only have the CVT ones (you couldn't buy the D16Y5 Civic as M/T version in Germany) and they're as rare (and useless if you want an M/T) as shit.

you are going to be stuck with the P2N if you want OEM wideband support. (I very much understand this desire)
ebay.de has a couple for EUR 50-60

Well, the P2P is for VTEC ( Y8 ) - so no, that wouldn't help anything as this will be a VTEC-E "ECO" (lean burn) engine..
