i have already socketed and chipped my ecu, but there is not enough info on converting P29 ecu to manual...
i've read that for jdm ecu's u need to remove R52.. i already did that.
then they say to remove RP17 and lower RP18 from 2.4kohms to 1.4kohms
but there is no RP18 in this ecu.
what should i do??? should i go ahead and remove RP17 and add a resistor to RP18 spot?
i'd like to hear what others have done with this type of ecu.

To convert a JDM ecu from auto to manual, you only have to change RP18 to a 1.4 ohm SMT resistor.

Why did you remove R52?
