Any one have any info on Toyota 4AGE 40 pin MCU? What type of MCU r they? 68xx or 80xx ??

they are 68xx series for the bluetop

What exact MCU part number can u recall completely? We have 6803 from the Nippon Denso RX7 ECU which do not have any internal ROM. The Toyota one has internal ROM.

6807 is the only architecture i can think of in that family based on timeline that would fit.

I have matched the Toyota MCU pin assignment to 6803 and 6801. Is there a 68701 with 16K EPROM built in ?

Sean do u have the 6807 pin out diagram?
