http://www.xtronics.com its called the romulator. i got mine for 179.99. not a bad price it will handle upto 27c256 chips. as big as we'll ever use for the honda ecms form what ive seen.i hope this helps. also ake sure to get the ecm up nd running before you start to change things. this way it wont notice the differnce in checksum. start it on a good program and then chnage the program once its running. this thing is slick itll slip a change right under its nose a few bytes at a time. your not gonna really chnage the entire fuel map at once are you ?? that would be silly.but yet again with out a way to see how far the values are off its impossable to see how much you have to do.
