This is One of those no budget use whats avilable type situations.

Some time ago my 96 5 speed coupe caught fire under the hood and destroyed my harness, amongst other things..
got my hands on a 99 A/T parts car, swapped entire harness bumper to bumper.
only had a few differences aside from a bit of extra wires everywere for things like auto windows mirros ect.
i did have to adapt the tail light plugs and speaker plugs as well.
like all auto to manual situations the ignition interlock {what makes you put it in park or neutral to start an auto} need be jumped
on the plug that goes to the auto shift box.

okay now here is the issue i am having.
my car will start and run but it runs like shit. idles fine but any time i touch the throttle anymore than a slow ramp in rpms it falls on its face .
no i have no vaccume leaks.
i do not have tps and map swapped
i have had to do 3 to 2 wire iacv but unless im wrong even if i did that wrong that would only affect my idle coditions.. im sure its done right just adressing any alterations to the wiring.
i am running the y7 that came from the 99 so it does have the ckf on the crank and i have it plugged in.
i am attempting to run it on the obd2b ecu. though automatic it should still run right.. no?
i am only trying this because i have also tried running a obd2 b to a jumper on a obd2a p28
as well as a obd2b to obd1 jumper on a chipped p28

anything i may not know about the situation i am in possibly?
or anyhting a fresh set of eyes maybe seeing i am not ?
