Hi everyone.... I have a problem and need help....

Is about P28+Ostrich+hulog

What happens:
-Some day the car shutdown on daily driving...
-The 7.5A fuse underhood blow....
-This happens after a wire WHT/BLU behind radio make a short with estruture
-I repair the wire and try start car... the MIL stay on, so I connect Ostrich at laptop
-At crome CEL stay OFF in software but MIL on in the panel
-When I unplug usb from laptop main rele goes crazy...
-While connected the MIL stay on....
-I think the Ostrich may be broken and I start use a burn chip.... and car works fine....
-I send Ostrich to repair, and no problem was find...
-I plug ostrich at ECU and the same thing happens
-I Try connect the same ostrich on a friend car, and works fine....
-I try use my friend ecu at my car, work fine first minute and after mil ON...
-So the problem is in my car...
-RESUME.... Car dont start with ostrich..... but with chip Works perfectly

What I do to try fix:
-Double check in Ground points
-Double check Power Ground and Logical Ground
-Try a new main rele
-Double check on wire hardness underhood
-Check and re-check ECU connectors and wire
-Try troubleshoot on manual, try unplug some sensor, Coolant Temp, TPS, MAP, VSS
-I discovered if I unplug the connector to distributor (near on battery, not distributor it self) the mil stay on, but main not more clicking like crazy...

I dont know more what do....
:(
