what the suspect component usually need to change?

suddenly cant start my car.....but when change other ECU that working normal

i open the ECU case by visual nothing component burnt or faulthy

plz advise

We need more info... Any cels? Is the fuel pump priming? Most likely its c14 but not sure without all the info
