I bought a chipped ECU Burned a P29 map on it drove it for a few weeks with no problems.
3 days ago I got code 9, I checked If my sensor and wires going to the CYP sensor and everything is fine.
I opened up the ECU to check for damage and I've seen burned marks on the ECU board on 2 resistors.
can my ECU be fixed?

Hi,
It's not the ECU.
It was my distributor, and my timing belt jumped a tooth.

it's HC1, you can't check it. use any other ecu of the same year and see if the code disappears. if it's found to be an ECU issue, send it off for repair or buy a new one.
