Im sorry e-tech, because laziness attitude i change the all component at one time, i should change one component and test for CEL 4, because i do not expect it work, i just change all the component and the CEL 4 gone. I no guarantee if fix in future.

I would really like to know the most common issue with the CKP circuit, I have 2 P2T (99-00 Civic SI) ecus that throw P0335 (CEL 4), but the car drives fine with a P28 and adapter harness. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated. Or what happens to make the ecu get fried, because I have no idea what caused it.

I believe P2T-A11, if memory serves me correctly.

I called the largest used parts place that I know of (LKQ) and they couldn't locate a P2T ecu. I know these ecus had issues with the oxygen sensor circuit, and the response from Honda if you had this issue was to replace the ecu, so many of these ecus have simply been thrown in the trash by dealerships. I would have taken a broken one just for parts.

Agreed, it's better to fix the failed component.

If it hard to find SMD type of diode, just replace with 1N4148 or 1N4150 or 1N4449 High speed switching diode. It work well

Op-Amp circuit which is used to convert sine waveform into rectangular waveform is the schmitt trigger circuit.

Attachment:
393 sin to rac.png

-The frequency of the output of the Schmitt trigger is same as the frequency of the input signal.
-The peak to peak value of the output rectangular waveform is approximately 2Vsat.

*The above shown schematic is the sine to rectangular conversion circuit. For proper conversion of input signal from sine to rectangular, the input must be large enough to pass through both the tripping voltages.

Guess if CKP sinusoidal signal can pass this circuit, we can use to replace the module circuit.

Dual diode smd cheap and very easy to find.
Example : http://www.conrad-electronic.co.uk/ce/en/product/153208/Infineon-Technologies-BAS-40-04-Dual-Schottky-Diode-120mA-SOT-23

I frequently use in my productions.
