and any 1 know that NTE2361 equivalent with 2N series? 2N4401? 2n5551?
use for 11F0 Q101 and Q30

a home made ;) (i'm not responsible for damage) design: Pn P? high speed switch like 2n3906 with the 4k7 and 10k resistors like in the datasheet's schematic: The 4k7 Ohm is serial with the base followed by the paralel 10k Ohm.

wiki there wrote 2N3906 with some resistor will work, but wat is the schematic? provided schematic link broken..
