what did logging show?
This would be the most important question.....I suspect your tps isn't calibrated correctly and its fuel cutting possibly.
Make sure all sensors are reading correctly, and adjust throttle cable as well, then go datalog it happening, you should see something happening.
Ok, let me explain with more detail...
I run an s300 on my B16 Civic and its works great. I removed my ECU with s300 and installed the customers ECU with s300. I downloaded the same cal I use with my s300 onto the customers ECU with s300 and I'm having the issue with lunging. My TPS is fine and is calibrated correctly at .5v closed and 4.5v open. The issue is with the customers ECU/s300 and I'm leaning towards the TPS circuit on the customer's ECU.
I will be swapping the customers s300 into my ECU to eliminate the s300 but like I said earlier, I'm almost positive the issue is with the customers ECU.
