Hi all gurus,

Got ea p30.. After plug in.. Turn to ignition position, CEL was good, goes on and off for 2 second. Then, try to start..
Its sound the plug fired up in the combustion but died after 1-2 second.. Really confuse about that..

Ecu condition.
- Got factory rom chip.
- The owner have tried to repair before and he said it work for 2 month..
- Seem burning mark at the big cap, 220uf 35v.. just small burn, not effect the trace.

My changes for the ecu.
- Change all the caps..220uf 35v, 33uf 35v etc..
- change ic 17, Ta8903
- change ic STA413A..

no error at all.. thinking of remove the J1 and see what happen tonight..

Any idea/input will be nice.. Really appreciate..

Do you have spark and gas while cranking?

i was facing this prblm before.. its because of fuel pump mulfunction. change sta413a solved..

for rievierra: the eng fire up but not catch.. not available to check the fuel.. but later on will do.. thanks for the info.
