yup 99% can be fix ur cel14 with hunting idle.
Let me know when u give up.

Are you sure its an electrical/ecu type fault, and not a mechanical fault?

Have you checked the fast-idle valve is set correctly? . . .
I've recently experienced 2 cases where the white plastic thermo valve has un-screwed itself over time. It was also throwing a code 14 (the IACV and fast-idle vale are connected mechanically). Once I screwed the thermo valve back in everything was fine.

Just an idea to look at . .
