hi to all gurus and sifus..

Got 1ea p08,chipped.. the board just nice, no burning mark or leak caps.. hooked up, check for error, nothing.. when start, the idling running like hunting at 1.2-1.4k.., for 4-5 sec then come the error..
Disable the chip also gave same result.. connection from A9 to D1594, good.. Change the D1594, oso same.. Both nearest resistor gave 1.2 ohm, replace still the same.. q27.. huhuh..

hmm.. got no idea now.. can anybody give some advise on this?
Appreciate if any idea to try. Thanks in advance..

Are you sure its an electrical/ecu type fault, and not a mechanical fault?

Have you checked the fast-idle valve is set correctly? . . .
I've recently experienced 2 cases where the white plastic thermo valve has un-screwed itself over time. It was also throwing a code 14 (the IACV and fast-idle vale are connected mechanically). Once I screwed the thermo valve back in everything was fine.

Just an idea to look at . .
