Well using my multimeter I figured out which wire went where. I used the pinouts.ru for the RX and TX.

white is ground to pin 1 ( mine has no sheilding)
red is RX to pin 2
blue is TX to pin 4

I can use the cable jumped out in Hyperterminal and it works fine at any baud rate. I plug it into my CN2 connector and get nothing. Can I use com 6 in ECU controls?

I have read all the posts with the DKU-5 cables. I think maybe my laptop doesn't like the port assignments or something. My Moates burner works great.

Update!! Cable work great. I didn't realize I had an older bin in there. I just burned an NG60 and it works mint. My cable colors are correct.

The development ROM for OBD0 non-vtec. It has datalogging enabled and support in turboedit for turbo, etc..... Use search for NG60
